Received this shoe today...was already a VC fan but these are even more stunning than usual. Pink Champagne is not pink just the palest most beautiful nude ever - this shoe looks like it is from a French or Italian "design house" and like it should have a price tag in keeping with "those names". Style is extremely sophisticated and exudes elegance. Will work with executive style work wear, dress up regular office attire and be perfection with a LBD for evening (or anything else for that matter). Heel is high but dual platform (hidden/exposed) takes the bite out of it, if you are used to 3.5"-4" you will be fine, and because "half is hidden" there is no sacrifice to the style/elegance (doesn't look like a '70s/gogo/clunky platform). The platforms are different colors and textures...footbed is dark brown suede like texture while exposed/bottom platform is black patten...the combo of nude to brown to black is an extra subtle addition to the style. I am generally a "true 9" so with these I got 8.5 there is a little "play" at the heel - but nothing a petal or two won't remedy - there is nothing worse than "walking out" of a very high heeled pump with every step. Toe box is a little narrow but not excessive, especially considering mine are. 1/2 size smaller than my usual 9.

This shoe is just beautiful and looks like a much more expensive shoe than it actually is! The Pink is a very pale pink (almost beige), so it will go with anything. The black is not leather but suede, with a python print (in gray and black) in the front. The heel is thick and sturdy, so no issues with walking or comfort (which I appreciate)! The only issue I had with this shoe is that is seems to be ever so slightly larger than marked. I am a 6.5, and have had to exchange them for a 6 since there is a tiny gap on the back that is left open when my foot is in it, and your heel can slide out...which no one wants. :) Otherwise, hot shoe!

After reading the reviews I decided to try this shoe. I love the look! It's a beautifully crafted shoe and like other reviews, looks more expensive than what I paid, but sadly the heel is just too high for me. I'm so sad because it was just what I was looking for. I just wish it was an inch or so shorter heel and it would be perfect, but I'm having to send these back and get another shoe. But, if you're skinny and are used to stiletto type heels, this is a perfect and classic shoe!
