Very cute! I generally wear a 7.5; the 7.5 in this
Puma is just right. Very happy with this shoe. Bought them for Body Pump/Body Step/
gym classes. Comfy shoe. A bit more roomy than other
Pumas, which sometimes run on the narrow side.

I workout five days a week, (mainly Turbokick/ kickboxing, also Spin & weightlifting). These shoes are heaven for my feet. There is great traction for lateral movements and kicks; the cushioning is wonderful for squat jumps and air jacks. I made the switch from
running shoes after my knees started to kill me. I love that
Puma offers such great performing shoes, but also delivers unique style. These are not just normal
sneakers! Like most
Pumas, these do run on the narrow side, but they do run true to size.

I got these shoes for the
gym. So far I've used them on the treadmill and in several different types of classes. Love them! They are super comfortable. I usually buy 6.5 in
Puma sneaks, but this one actually ran true to size and got my regular size 6. They fit and my foot is not squished at all. I might need to get more pairs!

I purchased the PUMAgility after reading a review in Self magazine. The review recommended this style for Zumba because of "quick changes in direction" and "keeping feet stable in lateral moves." However, I found the shoe did not work for me. The bottom of the shoe does not allow you to slide and my feet stick to the floor, which in turn causes my knees to hurt. I did like the light weight of the shoe. It could have more padding for the ball of the foot.

Comfortable and cute. I have used them for runs about 3 times a week the past few months and they have worked really well. Didn't even require breaking in. The one thing I wish is that they had a bit more
arch support. Also I did order a half size up mostly because I prefer
running shoes to not be very snug.

These are the most comfortable cross-trainers I have ever worn. It feels like I am walking on pillows! They are very light. I like them so much that I bought a second pair to leave at work. I wear these shoes to walk long distances, for
golf, and for just everyday wear. I have a medium width foot with high arches, and these feel great.

I love these. They are ideal for
running and very lightweight and provide enough support to run on cement and dirt. I love how soft they are and super comfortable, plus the price is great for the quality you expect from
PUMA. I have had them for almost 6 months and they are still going strong. I run typically 2 miles a day in these shoes and walk an additional 2-6 miles. They are also cute enough to get away with wearing to the zoo or park so I can walk comfortably.

The shoes claims to be useful for cross-training - I twisted my ankle after wearing it for only 30 minutes. I wore it for Zumba and my leg slipped inside the shoe as the front of the shoe was a lot wider than my other shoes. It probably would have worked best for walking/
running as suggested, but I would throw caution in the air for using it for any other athletic activity. On the plus side, the colors are fantastic and the shoe looks pretty - sad that I cannot use it for my cardio workout.

These are supposed to be biostability shoes, but the only destablizing factor I can detect is an element across the forefoot that feels like walking across an extension cord with every step. Sending them back. Not recommended.
