When I opened the box, I thought the shoe was absolutely adorable. It was the perfect color & style for what I wanted. However, I couldn't even get it on my foot. My toes refused to go in, and when I shoved them in - the heel wouldn't go on. I'm very sorry to have to send these back -- but I need a shoe that fits. I could, perhaps, write some of it off to being a size 10 and maybe it fits better in smaller sizes, but that's a guess. I am not comfortable ordering a size large because too-large heels tend to gap on the sides or flap off the back.

I love the look and shape of the shoe, but the heel and sole make it too unstable for my feet. My foot tended to turn out in this shoe. And one shoe was different than the other; the top of the shoe was shorter and tighter.

I love this shoe. I have a narrow foot and have struggle with plantar fascia. This shoe is incredibly comfortable and has great support for a dressier shoe. The side zipper allows for a snug fit.

Nothing beats Naots for comfort and durability. They are pricey compared with the competition, but they are the best in caring for your feet and they last forever. This pair looks uncomfortable at first, but the stability of the shoe, despite the narrower heel, is excellent and, again, the comfort unbeatable.
