The fit is good, and it is made from soft material. The wire digs in my sternum after a long day. It is just not as supportive as I was hoping for the money. I am keeping the black, but returning my other one.

I've been searching for gray, slim fitting (as opposed to bulky) sneakers to go with my lighter colored skinny jeans. These fit the bill. They fit my narrow feet and my sister's wide feet comfortably. Doesn't have much arch support, so power-walking or taking long walks may be out of the question. I haven't had much of a problem walking for hours in these though, but I do walk calmly. And so should you.

I'm a dude, and these are hecka tight. I like the thinner sole. They rub a little bit at the beginning, but when they're broken in they're rad.

If you've ever worn a flat, simple canvas-top show then you know what you're in for. This shoe is well-made and durable, and has formed well to my feet. I'm a big fan of this kind of show and these do not disappoint me. One minor issue, the show is more of a Navy-blue than the purple depicted here.
