I loved the look of this boot and the color is even prettier/richer in person (I got these in chocolate). These boots do not have a zipper the one on them is just for looks. I returned these because although I thought they were gorgeous, they were very uncomfortable no cushioning on them at all, like you are walking on wood. Also, It seems like it runs at least a half size smaller and it is very tight around the sides of the front of the foot.
