I've had these shoes for about 2 weeks now and I love them. That is not to say that they are the best quality. The other reviews of the shoes not being worth the money, I would say are true. The quality of the shoes is not that great for the price, but aesthetically and comfort-wise they are great and I am happy with them. No breaking-in, just wear them and you're good. One more thing I must disclose is that the top layer of the sole lining is already coming off, and this is another indicator of quality. I'm not that upset, just a quick trip to the shoe repair person and I think all will be well. If you watch your money very closely, then I would not recommend these shoes. If you just want to treat yourself to some fab slippers, then splurge!

I love French Sole, but this pair fit very differently from any other I've tried on. Back hits uncomfortably higher than other FS flats. FS always run small, but these were even smaller than usual; I generally take 8.5, 9 in FS, and my toes were right at the end of these 9's. Love the color, fabric, style, but sending them back.
