I got the shoes to match an outfit for my granddaughter. They are so much cuter in person than in the picture! My granddaughter loved them immediately, and wears them often. They fit her very well, also.

This shoe is great. It needs a little bit of time to break in, but after wearing it for a couple of days it is very comfortable. Well worth the money. Bought some Allen Edmonds shoe trees to properly take care of these shoes. Zappos service in unbeatable. Would recommend for both casual and dressy looks.

These are real deal Allen Edmonds. Not the low quality foreign made Allen Edmonds that periodically show up in their catalog. They fit true to size, have a solid thick heavy rubber sole. I am an old Allen Edmond fan and return shoes from Allen Edmonds if they aren't the real thing. These are keepers. You will probably wish they were available in other colors and finishes with the rubber sole. I would like them in suede or light brown too. This style is not for use with a suit. Slacks, khakis, sportcoat, no tie is what they are for. I recommend pairing with the black brown Allen Edmonds belt. I wore them in Atlanta airport for a long walk and they fared well.
