I tried a zillion shoes for our upcoming 2.5 months trip through Asia, India & Australia. When I found the Ecco Yucatan sandal I found the perfect platform for my finicky feet! Then I went in search of that same footbed feel in a closed shoe. This one was perfect right out of the box. I wear them with the Zappos "drymax" low socks and I still have toe room. Ecco gives a skosh more length for size. The Euro sizing said 9-9.5. I wear an 8.5 and a 9 in tennies. However, with inserts and socks, my runners were a little too short for lots of hot-humid-weather walking. I live in Hawaii so I'm able to "practice" every day and these are a little warm in 85 degree weather but feel great. Thank you Zappos! I couldn't do this without you!
