These shoes looked great online. I love the form (similar to the
Bedstu Cosburn, which are great), and the styling details are nice. However, upon arrival I was very disappointed with the shoes. The form was great, but the color and artificial worn look was obviously airbrushed/spray-painted on and really did not look good. They did not even spray paint them evenly as the laces had paint on only the exposed sections, and the tongue of the shoe had spray paint only on the exposed area as well. It looks great in the online photos but it falls short in reality. They also felt pretty cheap in construction. The fit was pretty good, it was a little snug, but after wearing for a longer time these would have broken in nicely. I love the look of these shoes, but the real item falls very far short of the image. And the construction did not feel solid. I would not pay so much for these show, probably not even half that. I own two other pairs of
Bedstu shoes; Cosburn and System (
boots). Both of which I am very happy with both, despite minor construction quality issues.
