This is a great mat. Just the right amount of cushion. The right amount of stickiness: I won't be sliding out of down dog. And I love the purple color - glad I can choose, because the orange is a bit too bright. Just what I need to jumpstart my
yoga practice again. There was slight odor when I first unwrapped it. Dissipated after a day or two of letting it hang open.

I searched and tested out quite a few
Eco-friendly/non-toxic
yoga mats before settling on this one, and it is by far superior to any others that I've tried (at least for my needs).
Right out of the package it has no unpleasant scent whatsoever, other than a hint of a rubber type smell. It has a bit of extra length which is very nice, the color is vibrant and beautiful but not distracting. The texture is really great, slightly grippy with a soft matte type finish that sort of always seems to stay at body temperature as I practice. No imprinting and no sliding. Perfect for stability, yet not too gripping that you can't get into a nice flow.

I love this, it is rubbery and sticky enough that I don't anticipate any slipping issues. I am very excited to use this everyday.

Yoga Mat is a really nice mat. It is a bit longer than the average mat, so is great for me, I'm 5'11". The thickness is perfect, I have never needed anything thicker and can do balancing poses on it, without problems. I would recommend this mat to any and everyone.

I like the E.C.O
Yoga mat very much. The color is great and it is a good stickiness. I found no offensive smell as others mentioned.

Slippery. I bought this mat because I wanted a sustainable choice, and I do like the color, but man is it slippery. I don't even need sweaty palms to have trouble holding down dog. My hands just slide, and it's not bad form, it's the mat.
