Gorgeous. Absolutely the coolest running shoe I've ever tried on. On the other hand, one of the most uncomfortable. Too bad. Sending it back.

I started using Zappos when my daughter was in High School. I would receive a call from her asking if she could order a pair of shoes from Zappos. The first time when I saw the shoes arrive the next day, I was sold on this company. Later, I started to shop with Zappos I was amazed with the Customer Service which starts with the agent that answers the phone. It does not matter who you get the service is amazing each time. If you are a returning customer, your previous orders are on file and the process is so smooth. I also want to mention I was recently at a seminar and Zappos was mentioned as a model for their Customer Service. My experiences have always been amazing.

I love this shoes! This is my second pair of the Syncrofuel Road II. I can run again without having any issues. I did replace the insole with a Superfeet insole. I had given up on finding a comfortable running shoe. They do run small so order 1/2 a size bigger. I wear a D width in New Balance and this shoes are wide enough for me. I have tried other Pearl Izumi but this model I the best so far.
