I love this bag! The size is deceiving, it looks small but you can fit a ton of stuff in it. I was worried that the chain strap would bother my shoulder, but it feels great and I loving being able to go from shoulder bag to cross-body. I am very glad that I spent the money on this bag.

Perfect! I thought the chain strap would be too heavy but it isn't bad. The strap is a nice length and can even be worn extended (if you choose not to loop it through all four holes evenly). It also smells great, mmm, leather.

Classy with a touch of edginess! Love it. The leather is super soft. Great interior pocket design. Always get compliments. The only con is that the chain strap is super heavy. A 2lb bag is pretty darn heavy. But it's beautiful, so I'll suck it up!

This is a fabulous bag! The strap is a great length double, and the zippered gussets on the side makes it perfect for using either for everyday or as an evening bag. Super soft leather, great lines.

Even though the other reviews mentioned the weight of the bag, I too thought I could sacrifice comfort for style. However, after putting in my wallet, keys and phone, the bag became way too heavy. I also found it difficult to reach inside the bag without setting it down on a flat surface. Lastly, the leather was a bit too delicate for my taste... I could see it getting scratched up very easily with gentle wear and tear. If the bag was redesigned with a lighter chain and replaced with a more durable leather (also providing additional structure on the sides for easy access), I would love this bag...

Love the bag. It's sturdy and nice looking. Holds plenty of stuff. Don't mind the chain-while it is sturdy, I don't mind the weight (and I have some neck and upper trapezius muscle issues). I have carried it both ways; double strap and as a cross body for extended periods of time. It is a good quality leather and is supposed to scratch some. I find the leather tassle/fringes to be somewhat annoying as they get caught up in the strap when you switch it around from long to short and vice/versa but it is a signature for many of her (RM)

This is my absolute favorite bag in the world! I actually bought in navy a couple of years ago from a different retailer and it's still my favorite. It's incredibly versatile - you can wear it as a shoulder bag or cross body. Since the front and back are different, it gives the look of two different
bags. Plus, the extension zippers and compartments are super handy. I travel a good amount and this bag is usually all I need on an airplane.
