These shoes are very soft right out of the box. Very comfortable and no break-in required. The most impressive aspect to me is the outsole, amazing slip-resistance on wet surfaces. Even on icy sidewalks, I was just walking normally, while everyone else was cautiously shuffling on the ice. Highly recommend for plant workers who spent a lot of time on their feet on hard floors subject to wet surfaces.

These are a great pair of shoes. The leather is thick and soft. The shoes are sturdy and the rubber sole holds to the ground. They are very comfortable right out of the box.

This is a good looking pair of shoes - but they are horribly uncomfortable. I had to go to First Aid and wrap my ankle just to make it through the day because one of the two was digging into my ankle in the back. It wore a hole in my sock. I thought I would give
Timberland a second try - the last pair of safety toe Timberlands - the sole cracked. I wore this new pair one day at work - so I am stuck with them. Maybe I can stretch the one shoe out. Overall, these shoes do not appear to be built very well.

For a
steel toe shoes, this maybe the best shoes yet. It is super comfortable. For those people with high arch may require additional
arch support, but
insole cushion is soft and my feet are not tired after wearing them all day long. I've had other
brands' steel toe boots/shoes before, but those shoes never fit quite right and stores never carries 'W' size to fit my feet in correct shoes. Zappos are truly great in this aspect since they will let me know real-time online if that particular shoes have my size in their stock.

Excellent shoe so far! I work in distribution center environments, mostly in the food industry. This requires long amounts of time in large freezer warehouses. I have had trouble with many different shoes in the past cracking along the sole due to the extreme cold. So far, these shoes have held up to the test and are comforable to boot!

This is a great
steel toe shoe, with the advantage of being ESD safe. It is a light shoe and has great non-slip sole. I could not be happier with the shoe! The price was very reasonable with even better shipping (fast). Thank you Zappos!
