What a surprise, they are no longer made in Italy. Now they're made in China. The look pretty on the outside but are not sized correctly and hard and uncomfortable when you try them on. Too much money for another cheaply made Chinese shoe.

These socks are like little heaters! I bought them to wear during the winter down here in Texas (low temps are usually in the 20's where we are so not extremely cold). We don't like to run the heater too much so we keep the thermostat pretty low. If I wear these socks in the house, I usually start burning up and usually end up having to kick them off. Wore them outside at night (under cowboy boots which really offer no insulation) and they were fine. My toes got a little chilly but that's all. I love them!
