I splurged on these and have not regretted it one bit. I was sold on the rave reviews of the arch support, and while these won't replace your orthotics, they are way better than the flat insoles of most slippers. Working from home, I wear my slippers a lot, I'm on my feet quite a bit, and I have been wearing these puppies (pun intended) nearly every day for the past two months. Results? Awesome. The labels came off the heel of the insoles, and they've collected a nice sample of dog hair from around the house, but otherwise they are perfect! Cushy, roomy, supportive, non-slippery, warm without causing sweat, and cute as heck. I was worried that I'd step on the rise at the back -- didn't happen. I wondered if they'd stay on my feet when I went up and down stairs -- yes, they did, and well too. I figured I'd start seeing wear around the top where my big toe lifts -- nope. I imagine that if you didn't clip your toenails often, you could tear a hole in the felt after a while, but mine seem nice and thick, durable, and strong after the use I've put them through already. I also worried that the stitching would begin to unravel between the top and the sole -- still good as new. Overall, I'm impressed. I'm tempted to say, though it's still early yet in my book, but my next slippers may well be Haflingers again. For the record, I wear a US size 7.5 to 8, and ordered a size 39, and found them to be a great fit.

These are comfy slippers. Apparently my puppy likes them, too because he just ripped out the insole. But I like them so much I'm ordering another pair.

Haflingers are my new favorite shoe slipper of all time. I'm over 50 and my feet tend to hurt quite a bit. These feel amazing. I noticed the wool ones are quite warm compared to my leather pair. Perfect for cold winter floors.

I love these slippers! Having tried many styles from fluffy to soft and snuggly, these win over the rest of the pack. The wool is soft, comfortable but hard wearing...the doggie design makes me smile and there is even some support in the soles. Highly recommended!

Very cute and comfy. Unlike a pair of Uggs I sent back, these are less expensive and have great arch support. I do need to wear socks with them as my feet are small and narrow. The only negative is that they pick up cat hair easily! Can't have a dog due to my long shifts, but at least I have my doxie doggy slippers!
