My son goes through about a pair of skate shoes every 6 weeks. We have had two pair of the Nike PR 5's and they have been very good. They wear quite well and the typical spots the board eats through are as durable or more durable than most comparable shoes, and we have been through most well regarded skate shoes. Even though they are on the pricey side, they are a good purchase.

My son is 7 and he loves P-Rod's; we have a hard time finding them at stores! Love Zappos! Great price and great selection! Will be ordering more in a different color.

Great frames but very short on the sides, so this style is really for someone with a smaller framed face. I wished they fit me better, I had to send them back.
