arch support (way too much for me). So much it supinates your foot. Adjustable strap is novel. Thong hurts second toe (wearing them for 5 minutes, I've gotten a blister), but hopefully this would get better with wear. Very grippy tread and pretty rigid sole. Well constructed.

I bought these shoes for my son who has flat feet. He works as a lifeguard and needed the extra support that other "flip flops" don't provide. He gives these a thumbs up! Thank you Zappos.

Great Zappos service as usual, I normally wear a woman's 8.5 wide and these mans
sandals fit great! I took them to my podiatrist, as I have plantar fasciitis, he gave them his approval.

Overall, the Orthaheel Ryder has been great. Virtually no break-in period like
Birkenstocks. There is some minor separation of adhesive that bonds the footbed to the sole. It occurred fairly soon at the thong rear straps on both shoes. Time will tell if this is a normal stress mark or a true failure.

They are all they said they be fit is good.The part that goes between the toes is a little ruff but that should soften up.

The strapping between the toes was quite uncomfortable. It actually cut the skin between my toes the very first day I wore them. The adjustable strap on top was too big for my feet, even after adjusting it as far as it would go. Otherwise, a good
sandal.

Very comfortable and supportive
sandal. The adjustable strap is a plus so that you can make the fit just right. They don't slide around on the foot and can be worn all day without discomfort.

Bought these
sandles for my husband and son. They are both very happy with them. Can wear them all all with comfort. Only set back, the area between there toes can hurt.

My favorite shoes in the world! I have a pair of Orthaheel flip flops that are a couple of years old and needed to be replaced. These have amazing
arch support, and they're great for plantar fasciitis. These shoes are my favorite part of summer.
