This shoe was very comfortable as soon as I put it on. I felt it ran a half size small though. But the heel has that nice squishy pad in it which is nice for shock absorption so you don't get a sore heel, and it fit snug in the heel so my foot didn't slip out while walking.

My 16 year old loves these. However, I have already seen wear from skateboarding and don't think they will hold up very well. I wish manufacturers would reinforce the outer stress points to withstand the abuse.

I went to 8 or 9 stores trying to find skater-style shoes with some color, and I struck out. I love that these aren't black, the "toxic" yellow really pops, and they're comfy. I could always use more color, and the sides are a little lower-cut than I'm used to, so they slip just a smidge sometimes; thus 4/5.

These are good looking shoes, but they are totally inferior quality. Get them wet a couple of times and the glue that binds the upper to the sole disintegrates. Also, the rubber used to make any of their gum soles seems prone to dry rot and premature hardening. Do not buy them, you will be sorry.
