I don't like owning a lot of shoes, but I walk everywhere, and I like to go out and have fun, so I expect the few shoes I do own to be very versatile. Elinor completely fits the bill! This shoe is insanely comfortable (I've walked 8 miles/day in them). They are also cute enough to wear with anything. The sole is much less clunky than most Naots. The cut-outs look really great on the foot, and the real buckle (no
Velcro here!) keeps 'em classy. I bought the dark gray and would totally get the same shoe in any of the other colors. Pricey for
sandals, but if you want to be cute and you do some serious walking, they are definitely worth it. My one caveat: even on the tightest notch, the ankle strap is fairly loose. Doesn't fall off my foot or anything, but would look a little nicer if the leather was a bit more snug against my foot.

I bought these for my upcoming 2 weeks in Italy and they are so cute! Very stylish for a comfort shoe. I ordered 1 size up from my usual and they are a bit long and just wide enough. They are still breaking in but so far are very comfortable with just minor rubbing on the inside of the foot where the ankle strap connects to the shoe. I believe once they are broken in this won't be an issue. I got them in auburn leather and it is very attractive and similar to the photo.

These shoes are buttery soft, somewhat supportive and really cute. I have a slightly narrow foot and am either a size 8 or 8.5 and the size 39 fits me well, with a bit of room in the toe area. There is enough stretch to slide them off and on without doing the buckle each time.

Hi! Great color leather, but before you buy you should know, they run slightly short in length and wide in the straps across your toes. The soles are divine. Unfortunately I'm sending mine back.

Very narrow. I have slightly more than medium width and my feet were totally falling off of the sides. The shoe itself was adorable, would have been comfortable otherwise.

I had never owned a pair of Naots until I bought these neat
sandals from Zappos last month. I'm a new fan: so comfortable and fun. Just what I was looking for to take to Italy in May.

Beautiful
sandal. I wanted something supportive and flat that does not look clunky. It's hard to find in a size 11.

I am overjoyed to find a beautiful
dress sandal made for walking that has not traded a buckle for
Velcro. I have already been able to walk long distances, stand for work over many hours, and attend dressy events in style without joint pain. Thank you!

Very comfortable
sandal and great-looking. A little more stylish than some other Naots because of the narrower straps. They may run slightly long; I had to take a size smaller than my usual. Also, the strap across the toes could be tight on a hot day, but fit my narrow feet perfectly on a temperate day. The champagne leather color is great.

This is a beautiful, flattering and comfortable
sandal for casual wear. I have to wear more supportive
walking shoes for any length of time, but this is the best
sandal that I have found.
