Overall, a great shoe - can be worn casually or at the office. I did order a pair and when they arrived it appeared as though they were crafted from two different types of leather (one shoe was smooth the other was pebbled). Zappos took care of that right away (as always!). The new pair arrived and they work great.

Zappos is the absolute best customer service, e-commerce company in the world... all of their competitors should raise their bar to the standards at Zappos... we don't buy anything until we check to see if Zappos has it in their inventory.
