I wear a 12 N or M depending on the shoe brand. These size 11M were great! I've worn
Merrell size 11 before and found them to be good except for the slip on shoe, which felt too short. These have great support and cushioning throughout the whole length of the shoe.

I have an older style
Merrell slip on so I thought I'd love this replacement, but sadly,
Merrell changed the design. The back used to come up 1.5 inches from the sole. This new style only comes up approximately 1 inch from the sole. What a difference that 1/2 inch makes! Now the shoe won't stay on my foot without me curling up my toes and walking slower to keep it on. I used to be able to run in my old shoes and kick a
soccer ball for my dog. I had to return them because the back is too low and the shoe wouldn't even stay on securely when I walked. Too bad because
Merrell usually is one of the most comfortable fitting shoes for me! Bummer.

I have owned these for years.
A quick fix to the squeak - pull up the footbed liner, and put in a piece of sticky sided felt at the heel!
Had to do this on two pairs...haven't had a squeak in years!
PS...I LOVE Zappos!

The best buy I've made in quite a few years. I spend no less than 9 hours on my feet each day. I've tried shoes from
Crocs to the most expensive
Dansko out there...none of them were comfortable from day one, except these shoes. I love these shoes. I have 2 pair of
Merrell sneakers and thought they were the bomb, until I bought these. They arrived in a very short period of time and I've enjoyed them since day one.

I am a nurse and my job requires a lot of standing/walking. I have wide feet and need good
arch support. This shoe provides all of this. I love the shoe! It is light and provides the support and guidance for my foot fall. I finish my day with no foot pain, no foot pain. Well worth the money and I am considering purchasing more of the
Merrell q-form line.

I have worn Merrell's for the past three winters, and this new footbed is really awful for my feet. It is way more narrow, and all the support bumps were in all the wrong places. Really disappointed!

Terrible! I have bought 5 of these shoes in the past 3 years and have never had a problem, but this time it was the pits! I am a nurse and spend lots of time on my feet. What I love about Merrell's is that you never have to break them in, they always fit just right, but this pair was lame. After about 2 hours, the sides of my feet were burning and ached and by 4 hours my little toes had
fallen asleep. I seriously considered finishing my shift in paper booties. I hope it was a fluke pair. Nevertheless, I will attempt another pair as this brand has been the best I have found.

Love these shoes!! I bought a pair several years ago but after some time they started to squeak. I looked around for shoes to replace them but nothing was as comfortable as these. I had to get another pair. They are the most comfortable.

This shoe is extremely well made, true to size, good looking and very comfortable. Easy to walk in, as there is just enough back to it to stay on your foot. It does make a bit of a 'sqeaky' sound when you step, but I'm thinking that perhaps with wear this might go away. Ordering on Zappos is easy and delivery was quick and efficient. Happy with my purchase!

I have several foot issues including a bunion on left foot (wide feet) and battling plantar fasciitis along with some achilles issues. I work on concrete floors. The
Merrell Encore Nova fit right away and stays on my foot. After wearing several times for 12 hr shifts I felt like the support was a bit lacking and that my heels were starting to hurt. I added a drugstore Dr Scholl insert with some better heel padding and
arch support and will keep wearing them. I'm not sure what I think about the Qform, but I'll take all the help that I can get if alignment is what is exacerbating the plantar fascists. I gave it a 4 star on overall and comfort only because I felt so close to the floor again so soon into wearing them. I need a lot of cushion and support. Merrells run wide and that is good for me.
