I have worn these shoes as they have evolved in model numbers for many years now. I started back with my first pair of 2110s! I have run four marathons and two 200 mile relays in these shoes, as well as between 20-35 miles a week, every week for four years. I do need to replace them after every 500 miles or so, but that is typical for
running shoes. I love these shoes! They are really great for my knees, as I have pronation issues. My feet are extremely long and narrow. They are size 12, AA, and I still need to put inserts in them in order to get them to be snug enough. I use the
SuperFeet green inserts and it is heaven. For any of you out there suffering from heel slippage make sure that you are doing a heel lock technique for lacing up your shoes. Subtly altering how your laces are strung through the available holes can really help. I suggest Googling it. Additionally, if you are going to use these shoes for running, not just walking or playing around, you should order a half size up so that you avoid the painful smashing of the ends of your toes against the front of the shoe. It may feel like it fits fine in your normal size, but repeated foot falls in normal shoes, with the strength and rapidity of
running, can result in some black runner's toes. Go up a half size and mitigate much of the problem.
