Let me start by saying that I haven't yet worn these shoes to run. Be advised that these are minimalist shoes, not traditional
running shoes. I have tried them on, found them surprisingly supportive (great
arch support), flexible, great cushioning, and comfortable. I plan to run in them, but I need to work them into my routine since it's important to adapt to minimalist shoes if you are not used to them. The heel drop is much greater than regular
running shoes, so if you don't take the time to acclimate, you could end up with achilles tendinitis (which takes a long time to get better).
