Very comfortable professional looking work shoe. They run long and a bit narrow. Had to return the shoe and get 1/2 size smaller and a wide width. Zappos as always, processed the return quickly.

Fit like a dream, and comfortable too. I needed elegant shoes for a beautiful, black knit pant suit, and these were just the ticket. Comfortable from the get-go, true to size. I was comfortable for the couple of hours I needed to stand at a reception.

Very nice, polished, sleek shoe. I have a high instep and this crisscross design works well. The shoe feels a little snug in width (a bit narrow), but wearable.

I returned this pair because the heel is too high. Description indicates the heel is 1.5" but it's 2" which is too high for this 6' tall gal!

Wore the shoes a couple of times in the house prior to my daughter's recent
wedding. Then wore them for 5 hours at the
wedding and hardly knew I had them on -- quite comfortable. The criss cross straps held my feet in place and the design made my wide feet look normal width. Very happy. Bonus: my back never hurt from wearing heels, even the next day.

I broke my usual rule of not buying a new shoe the week before a trade show. I bought this shoe. It's very comfortable. It's the only shoe I wore for 4 days on my feet and walking miles. No blisters, no sore feet. I'm immediately searching for other shoes from this
designer.

I like these shoes. They are very classy looking and comfortable. I love patent shoes. Purchased the brown shoes. Wore them with a
skirt suit and when I waled they were flexible to my feet. Highly recommend.

These shoes are so comfy! Hard to believe they are heels. I have been searching and searching to find shoes to accommodate my large, wide feet, with toes I want to hide. These seem to fit the bill! I will walk around a bit more in the house, but I think these are keepers, which rarely happens for me! Thanks Zappos. :)
