I haven't used this bag yet, so I can't comment much. It is sturdy and well made. The straps and gadgets are a little tricky. My husband had to show me how to adjust the body strap. But I look forward to many years of use.

Great messenger bag with lots of storage pockets and well sized for a 15" laptop. Only downside is I would have liked a longer shoulder strap, but this is just a minor issue.

Nice bag but with a few caveats. The handle is woefully inadequate. It really needs to be padded but its just a strap. Like everyone has said, the laptop compartment is also not that great either. The front buckles are a little gimmicky but it works. I've found the true cam buckle to be good in theory but in operation it's been a bit difficult to use. With that said, the compartments are nice, the build quality is nice, the pocket at the bottom for your charger is nice. I don't think it would've been that hard to address some of the problems but as it is it is still better than a lot of the other bags out there.
