My mother bought these for my 15 month old daughter. I was worried they would be too heavy and that the soles weren't flexible enough. Boy was I wrong. Our gal loves these sneakers. They are a little big for her, but the velcro tightens up the roomy shoe and she runs around without any problem. Wish they had more colors for the little ones. We chose navy, which is just as nice for a girl as a boy.
