This is a great brush, it has little holes. The vents and is what I would call a medium barrel size. It is great because it allows me to blow dry my hair in what is literally half the time it used to take before. The vents and holes in the brush allow hair to dry faster (which also reduces damage from heat) and I think the bristles are ceramic. I had a wooden brush with boar hair bristles before this and I will never go back to it. Chi rocks, as does Zappos. Try using with Chi hair serum and you will thank me.
