I've always used glass baking dishes and thought I would try this dish. I love it! It cooks evenly and cleaning is a breeze since food doesn't get overcooked on the edges. Great purchase and the color is beautiful!

I purchased the 2 Qt and 3 Qt versions and both are performing well. They go from dishwasher to oven or microwave and back again. I miss the old Emile Henry cobalt blue, but this blue is handsome, if not classic. There is a small blemish on the 2 2Qt internal surface which at this price shouldn't be there. The label glue for the 3 Qt was hard to remove.
