I love these. The bottoms are cushy and of course have the negative heel. The straps fit closely without binding and thus you don't get a lot of flip flop sound. I will say I ordered these a full size smaller than my normal shoe size. Also I gave the shoe an 'excellent' for arch support -- for a flip-flop. It's not like an orthopedic shoe or anything like that. I've ordered a 2nd pair since I've worn them so much.

Love 'em. Usually wear size 7 1/2 but ended up getting the size 8. Would recommend half sizes buy up. Thanks Zappos for making exchange very easy!

The Earth Kalso Cabo San Lucas 2 is my favorite footwear. They are true to size and super comfortable and supportive, as well as very cute. I have been slowly recovering from Plantar Fasciitis for a few years and began wearing Earth Shoes as part of my recovery. It really helped having that ligament stretched out while walking and standing. I now own several pairs of this particular shoe, and if it is too cold to wear them outside, I change into them as soon as I get home. They are durable and continue looking good after extended use.

These are the only shoes I wear and have bought many pairs in the past with no problem. The pair I bought in August have caused me to form callouses on both sides of my left foot where the straps rub. I have no problem with the other foot. I think the strap was too tight and it's taken me weeks to break them in. I would have returned them but I wore them around before I realized there was a problem.

I love Earth shoes and sandals, and since I needed something cooler for around the house this summer, I ordered a pair of these. They are very comfortable and support my arches wonderfully. I did take a star off of comfort, though, because when I first tried to put them on, the straps were Very tight. They have loosened up enough to where they are much more comfortable now, so do not return them right away until you have had them on for a few hours.

I bought them in black a few months ago (at full price) and I might snag the caramel color. Yes, after a few months of heavy wear, one of the bows came loose at work. I put a little tape behind it to secure it for the rest of the day. After work, I took them to my local shoe place to reattach the bow on both and they were ready in two days at minimal cost. Hardly a big deal, IMO. I certainly wouldn't waste my time emailing Ferragamo about it.

I recently took a management job and needed more dress shoes that don't hurt my feet. This is one of two pairs of Ferragamos I bought that fit the bill perfectly. The heel height is perfect, and the toe is very comfortable. The color works well with navy, which I wear a lot. The tread on the sole offers extra cushioning. These are expensive shoes, but I'll be able to wear them for years. I'm pleased with the purchase.

I just ordered a pair and I am totally disappointed. The bow on both shoes fell off immediately. They are indeed just glued on (as another reviewer mentioned). This is my first disappointment with Ferragamo, I have been purchasing their shoes for more than 10 years now. I do not recommend these. I am returning my pair.
