The staff has always been pleasant and very helpful in getting my shoes to me by the next day. Wow! What service and even with returns it has been effortless.

This is a great pair of shoes! They are so soft and light, its truly almost like wearing slippers. I have a wide foot, and had been having great difficulty finding a pair to work out for me. This was my 4th pair from Zappos, and I'm just thrilled with them. Oh, and how great is Zappos for allowing those of us with hard to fit feet to return shoes? Love these guys. Now, I had read other reviews and based on another comment that she too had wide feet prompted my decision to give these a try. While others seem to report that these shoes run true to size, I beg to differ in that I feel they run about a half a size large. In light of the fact that I'd had such trouble, and really needed these shoes, I decided that I can live with the slight length issue, especially because the sling back hugs the back of my foot very securely and comfortably, so that the length isn't problematic. Just a thought though, to those thinking of ordering these shoes. I feel these shoes are well worth the money!

Comfort! Cute! Arch support! Lots of toe wiggling room. Nice stitching and two-tone look to spice things up. Fabulous in every way. They may change my life.

I love these shoes! My feet are kind of wide & flat, these feel like gloves, they are sooo comfortable, they did not rub anywhere.

I like these shoes, good value for price. They work well with casual pants and skirts. What I don't like: there is little cushioning in the toe box. Although there is ample room, the hard interior hurts the tops of my toes. Admittedly, I have shoe issues and dread shopping for and buying shoes. As always, the ordering experience was great, good service!
