These are very comfortable. Easy to get on as well. I was worried they would be hot or too tight to run with but they are great to wear. At first I didn't like the synthetic feel of the foot part and was worried that my foot would slip around in my shoe but no slipping! Great alternative to this would be a sleeve but I will definitely wear these in the cooler weather and for longer runs! I have thin legs and the small works great- true to size.
