These are fun boots, and they are true to size. However, they are not comfortable at all. The gel insole is supposed to make it more comfortable, but doesn't work for me. Even saying that, I would love to have a pair in brown leather if they were available! Unfortunately, Zappos is out of my size.

Fitzwell's Reta - Alright, I must admit, I am a Zappos junky. I read all the reviews before I buy shoes on this website, and when I read the reviews for this boot stating that they were tight at the top of the boot, I didn't believe anyone. Well, they're right. That's why I gave this boot 4 stars for comfort instead of 5 stars. I cannot zip the boot up all the way. In fact, there's about an inch opening. Doesn't matter too much to me though because I will be wearing these boots with jeans/pants. I must say that the boot is so great looking! I love the stability of it, the skinnier heel and the little platform! So comfortable in that aspect! If you are going to wear these with pants or jeans, then who cares if it doesn't zip all the way up. The look of this boot is super cute though and the comfort inside the boot is fantastic. Love 'em!

Comfortable and elegant at once - The boots are great. They are perfect for the office. They look elegant and classy but they are also extremely comfortable. I may get another pair. The brown is a very dark brown, almost black.

I have tiny feet so these boots were perfect for me. They zip up and fit my legs perfect, but again I am pretty tiny. When I ordered they only had the wides in stock. I was worried but, if it was not a wide there is no way I would have been able to zip up the boots.

Sleek boot, and very stylish! I love the cushioned footbed and the look of this boot. The only complaint I have is that the boot is very tight around the ankles (and I have thin ankles). Overall, they are a great boot that I am sure will stretch in all the right places over time!
