I was expecting a classic black pump, but these are a cheap looking sloppy mess. What doesn't show up in the picture is that the sides of the shoe have no structure to them; instead they just have loose, bunched-up crinkly fabric. The fit of the shoe is really poor as well. The toebox especially is extremely tight and pinching. And while I wanted a low heel, this one is just too low to be flattering. These shoes are going straight back!
