I actually bought and then returned these shoes, so you might wonder why I still gave them 4 stars. They're comfortable. The leather is very soft, but it's literally a single piece of leather, no padding or lining of any kind. The footbed is completely flat, there is absolutely no arch support. And the sole is incredibly thin without any kind of heel. You end up feeling like you're wearing a moccasin or a slipper or something. They look cool, but for this much money you feel like you're not getting very much. I was also very skeptical of how durable they were going to be, and since I walk a few miles to and from work that was a concern. Hey, if you want a fashion shoe and are willing to plunk down the change, go for it. But for an everyday walking shoe, there's no way.

I have this shoe in three colors. I wear it with an orthotic insole but it is my absolute most favorite everyday shoe right now. It is perfect for flying. When you go through security you just slip them off and back on but they still can fit like a lace up.

Although I'm returning this shoe, I still give it 5 stars. Camper makes great shoes! Excellent quality. I was torn on the style of this shoe and not sure if I liked it or not. Very unique. I normally wear a size 10. The 42 was too small and my toes hit the end. The 43 felt just slightly large, but still fit well. There isn't much arch support or cushion in this shoe, but it feels good. The elastic lace is cool and makes this shoe very easy to slip on and off.
