It is a great oven BUT it is a power hog. We have 20A circuits in the kitchen and after using it for 4 months it started dimming the lights when turned on. I was also totally disappointed with Breville's customer service and Zappos’ "fine print." When I asked to exchange it through Zappos I was told this product is an exception and that it is very clear on the site. I respectfully disagree.

I have had this oven for over a year now, and I use it every day. It is large enough that I rarely need to use my regular oven any more. It makes perfect toast in 4 - 4 1/2 minutes; does a great job of baking homemade bagels, pies, brownies -- everything I have tried. I love the crumb tray -- easy to pull out and clean. It has many settings for various purposes, and I have found most of them useful, although I haven't roasted meat in it; I do mostly baked goods. The quality of workmanship, materials, and design is excellent overall. The roasting pan and rack that come with it are heavy-duty metal with porcelain enamel coating. I will say that the pizza pan has a non-stick coating that is somewhat fragile. After a year of careful use, I set an apple pie on it recently to bake, and where the hot filling boiled over onto it, a bubble developed in the coating, leaving a bare spot when I washed it. As to customer service: when my oven arrived, the crumb tray had a huge dent in it, as if something heavy had been dropped on it. There was no way it happened during shipping, so it was a quality control failure. I really didn't want to return the whole oven to Zappos, so I e-mailed Breville with some photos, and within a couple of days they e-mailed me back that they were shipping me a new tray, which they did ... no hassle, no questions asked. There is no question that this oven is expensive, but I have to say that, so far, though not 100% perfect, its quality has lived up to the price.

After reviewing every toaster oven on the market, I was hesitant but decided to go with the Smart Oven,I think it was a smart choice! It is what it is, a toaster oven but it is a top of the line toaster oven.It is a great product.

The Breville BOV800XL is a little appliance that I fell in love with the minute I first used it. It is beautiful, very sturdy. I love that you can bake in it! It is real stainless steel. Don't laugh, but I use the top of it to place a clothespin with a magnet to hold and dangle a recipe -- when it's not in use of course! Come winter, it will be nice to be able to warm the dinner plates on top. All in all, this is a very well-made toaster oven and very much worth ordering. Zappos is tops in my book for service, promptness of delivery, and great return policy.

Great easy and quick. Those were our requirements and that's what it is!

I bought these boots in the leopard print and I love them. They are comfy and stylish; the first time I wore them I got several compiments from both men and women. The fit is true to size. The heel is perfect for me because I'm 5'10" and it's a high enough heel to be contemporary without being so high that I can't walk comfortably. I wear them with a red pencil skirt or with skinny jeans--love them and feel great when wearing them.

Very comfortable, true to size! Great neutral color, goes with so many things. Have had lots of compliments on them!!

Awesome boots! When I wear them, I am always asked where I got them. None of my friends have these. the printed hide give them an due. Only disappointment is that they have no black on them, just tans and browns. But they are beautiful and extremely comfortable!

I got these in the leopard print. I love them. They are stylish and well made. As for comfort, I couldn't give it 5 stars, they are fairly comfortable. I would recommend them, they are a nice looking boot.

I received my boots and put them on the next morning. I received compliments at work, while shopping and at the party I attended. The are roomy in the width. Did use a cushion pad to make them more comfortable. Very nice dressed up or with jeans. Love them.
