I bought this belt in XS/SM and I'd say I'm about a size 4 or 6. It fits well around my hips and waist, but I think I'd be equally happy if I had purchased a larger one. The braiding lets me fasten it at any size and, because the belt is thin, even a long tail doesn't look bulky.
