These are the best shoes! They are casual, yet dressy, and were comfortable from the first moment that I put them on. There is great support under the footbed.

Loafers run a bit tight. I have very wide feet, high instep. It's very difficult to find shoes that fit. Walking Cradle
sandals seem to be very spacious, but not the
loafers. If your feet are more normal, these are a nice looking shoe with a bit of pizazz provided by the 2-tones. You may want to add an additional
arch-support.

Fit like a glove, great shoe, they almost feel like
slippers they are so comfortable. Quality of the leather is very high, very classy-looking shoe!

I had to wait for this shoe as they were out but it was worth the wait! Stretching them out a bit wearing them around the house but it won't take long. This is a rich looking
loafer. (I got the two toned). Super with
jeans or
dress slacks. Thanks again Zappos. :)

These were actually for my daughter who has a very difficult time finding shoes. They were perfect from the minute she put them on and very comfortable.

I love Zappos for these reasons: They always have choices in my difficult size. I wear a woman's 11, which is one size above what every shoe store I walk into usually has; the Zappos philosophy, written on the box and paperwork is inspiring to me because I'm also interested in strong communities, great work spaces and a better world; Their return policy is easy to use; I trust their shoe quality to be consistent.

These shoes fit like a glove. That doesn't mean they are tight...it just means they massage the feet and feel really supportive. At first I wasn't sure I liked them because they had kind of a
western-wear look to them. After wearing them for one day (to work) I changed my mind. I also realized this was the solution to my business trip dilemmas of how to minimize the number of shoes I pack. These will suffice for those times you need both black or brown shoes so there is no need to pack both. I would definitely buy these again.
