I love this jacket! It's perfect for those days when it's too cold for a thin hoodie and not cold enough for a heavy pea coat. The inside lining is very warm; my only complaint on it though is that some of the hairs come out and get stuck to all of your clothes. However, this could probably be fixed with a wash. The pockets are a little small, but in the product description it specifically states the pockets will fit "small items." This isn't a big deal as I don't usually use pockets other than to hold something. The one problem that made me reconsider this jacket, which I only found out after I received it, is that one of the clasps on the pockets broke a few minutes after I opened the box. The closure stuck together and ripped out of the flap, rendering it irreparable without some cutting and sewing. But as I said, since I don't really care about pockets I decided to keep it. The poor quality of whether it was the sewing or the snaps used, I don't know, takes it down a star.

I received this fantastic jacket very fast! The jacket is, of course, of North Face high quality, and it is very versatile - for cold, rain, wind, snow. There are plenty of pockets and the removable hood is useful for differing weather! I am so glad I purchased it from Zappos. Another super efficient transaction from an elated customer!
