I ordered the kids Parque slide for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered them a size smaller, because that's what I did with the boots I ordered previously. They didn't fit, and she didn't like them. I called to exchange them for a knit boot about 6 weeks after I purchased them, and it was so easy! I was amazed! They applied what I already paid for the slides towards the boots, and charged the rest to the credit card I used the first time. It was so easy, and the Customer Service Rep was really pleasant, helpful, and patient with me! I would highly recommend Zappos.com and would definitely use them again! Thank you Zappos!

I wear a women's size 6. I have ordered three previous pairs of Uggs (all youth size 5) but I have never ordered this style and was told to order your same size shoe and to NOT size down. Per a previous review I ordered these in the youth's size 6. Way too big. I sent it back the same day and the next day-- Because of Zappos' great service I am now wearing my size 5 (youth's) super cute Uggs! I even have about 1/4 inch extra in the back/heel area. But I like to have the option to wear socks or not so this is fine with me. If you normally can wear the size 5 youths, do not hesitate to order this if you are an adult size 6.
