Clarks, but although the straps are buttery soft & roomy, the foot bed is a little short.

Beautiful shoe. Would have been comfortable if it was not so big. Straps were too loose/large and even though shoe can be tightened, there were not enough holes to tighten it enough for my foot. I am a 8M and might be able to get into a 7 or 7.5M, but was concerned that the heel for be off the end if I ordered a size smaller.

This is a cute shoe. I LOVE
Clarks Artisan line. It's my go to shoe brand. I have several pair and can either fit in 9 or 9.5. This was a last minute order, so to be safe, I ordered a 9 and 9.5. Both ran big; sloppy big. Even tho there's an adjustable strap, the three inner straps were loose. The heel also felt uncomfortable, like walking on the edge of a block of wood. First time I was disappointed with this brand.

Clarks shoes are a favorite brand because they usually fit me perfectly. I seldom return shoes, but regretfully, these are already on their way back to Zappos. These shoes have an adjustable buckle which should help tweak the fit. However, the strap is so long that even adjusted to the tightest setting, the buckle does no good at all. All the straps (except for the one that crosses above the ball of the foot) are considerably too long. I marked these shoes "true to size" because the footbed seems to be the correct length. The "wider than marked" refers to the long straps rather than the width of the footbed itself.

Very comfortable! I was surprised, because all those straps could cause rubbing issues. Not these; the leather is very soft. These do not slap, they stay snugly on my foot. The brown stitching adds a more casual look to them. I will use the
Ralph Lauren Rhona shoes for business instead.

Very comfortable. Skinny heal, so watch your ankles if u step on an uneven surface. I liked them so much I bought both the neutral and the black. Great shoe!

These shoes are adorable. Very old-school hippy looking. I think they are true to size, and are a bit wide on me, but I have an extremely narrow foot. They look good with everything and are SOOOO comfortable!

Great looking shoe with a heel height that works for
dress and casual wear. I have a high instep and a wide foot and sometimes can’t wear strappy
sandals, but these fit. I noticed as others did that the top strap is a bit loose even on my feet, but I think if I punch another hole the problem should be fixed.
