Love the way they look! Lower profile for a large foot. Can use my orthotic but a bit more depth would have been better.

Good design for orthotics. The straps, wide sole, and heel design accommodated my large orthotics. A nice touch: when you remove the insole, the footbed is lined with an attractive print. (With most shoes, taking out the insole reveals stitching, glue, etc.) The curved front edge of the upper was a bit tight, though it is stretching out fairly quickly.

Nice shoe. Very comfortable. No break in period needed. Love the pebble grain leather & the criss-cross straps really give this shoe its look. I wear this shoe to work and for casual weekends.

Great shoe for casual and dress - This shoe is wonderful. It felt right from the first time I put it on. My custom orthotics fit wonderfully in them by using only the very thin removable insole. They look cute with dress pants, skirts, and capris. Very stylish and comfortable. I am so glad that I found Zappos for offering shoes with removable insoles.

Mary Janes in brown - The strap is supposed to stay put with velcro, and it often becomes unattached. Also, the heel is a little lower than I expected. Otherwise, it is very comfortable and attractive.

Great fit especially for wide feet - These shoes are super cute (I wear them with capris and short little dresses). I typically wear a wide, but was able to just get a regular size and they fit just fine.

Aetrex - I haven't worn this shoe much yet because I am still wearing my sandals. But, they feel comfortable and even though they are a size 12 they are cute. Will probably buy them in brown also.

I feel pretty! OK, so I'm a Grammy, but I still want to look hip and in style like everybody else, even with bad feet. These look just like...dare I say it? Sk------! My 20 year old daughter thought they were and loved them. I did go up a 1/2 size.

I like the looks of this shoe and own two pair. Much smaller profile than other orthotic friendly shoes. That is the good news and the bad news. My orthotic doesn't quite fit, but I am able to customize a less expensive one to work.

Not enough depth for high arches - I have very high arches / high instep, a normal width forefoot, and very narrow heels. I also have a rather thick pair of orthotics (5mm foam). This shoe was recommended to me as something that might have enough depth for me; unfortunately, it was not even close. I ordered my normal size and the shoe was so shallow (both in the toes and in the straps, that is, the straps weren't long enough), that I could only fit my feet in the shoe comfortably if I took out both insoles! And obviously you shouldn't wear a shoe without any insoles! The shoe was also just a hair too narrow in the forefoot (but not in the heel), but since it was so shallow I knew that once I found a size with enough depth it would be too long or too wide, so I did not try another size. The shoe was also fairly stiff, both the sole and the leather upper, so it may take some breaking in. The two removable insoles are a great idea, so I still think this shoe is worth a try if you have normal to flat feet or a thin orthotic. Especially since this shoe looks nicer than most orthotic-friendly shoes!
