This shoe is gorgeous. Okay, first I just have to mention Zappos CS is unbelievable. I ordered these shoes on 11/23/09 and received them on 11/24/09. They upgraded me to next day air. I was not even expecting it. Unfortunately, the shoes were too big and I was heartbroken because I wanted to wear them for Thanksgiving. I called CS and informed them of my dilemma and they offered to overnight the size smaller for no charge and would not double charge my card. I would just need to send the other size back unworn of course within 2 weeks. Who does that? Zappos that's who. Love this company.
