I heard about Zappos from the internet when searching for new boots. They seemed to have a big selection, and I ended up getting more then one pair in the end. At first I didn't think the boots would fit, because they didn't carry half sizes in that style. So I actually ordered 2 pairs, and tried them both to see which pair fit better. Well, one pair was too big, and the other too small. I had to return them both, and they were very helpful with over the phone. They were polite, and always answered with a REAL person, and NOT a machine. It was great. I ended up retuning them with no hassle and found 2 others pairs that I liked in the meantime, and purchased them instead. The entire thing was quick an easy. Thank you Zappos!
