The customer service agent at Zappos was fantastic. They didn't have a pair of shoes I was looking for and she searched for it at other retailers. The pair of shoes I did buy from Zappos were sent overnight. I received exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I will definitely use Zappos again.

The perfect slipper for the gal with wide feet! This was listed as a men's slipper, but I took a chance on it. I have wide feet and there isn't much on the market for
women's slippers in the wide sizes. I used the sizing chart to see what my size would be in a mens because I knew the width would work. I should be a Mens 6.5, but these only some in whole sizes. I knew a size down would be too small so I went with the 7s and these are wonderful. A light layer of fur lining to keep your feet warm, a well-built and solid stitch
moccasin with a good sole that can be worn inside or out. They are so comfortable I almost walked out of the house wearing them to work this morning. I don't think anyone would know the difference! Thanks for another great-fitting shoe all thanks to Zappos!

This is my third pair of
DC Villain's. These are by far the most comfortable. When buying
DC Villains they tend to stretch out so getting them a size smaller is good. You want them to be kind of tight fitting the first time you put them on. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I enjoy mine.

I bought these for my husband and he loves them! They run true to size, they are very comfortable, and he can even pull it off wearing them to work!

The shoes were for my step son, he is 10 yrs and a very laid back kid. He absolutely loves them and wears them all the time. His foot is a little wide but these fit fine since they are a more casual fit.

I bought these
slippers for my husband for Christmas and he loves them, so much that he wore them out and forgot to change them! What a nice pair of

These are great looking shoes but I was disappointed with how quickly they wore out. Within a month of wearing two or three times per week the
insole was completely flattened and worn away. These are definitely "looks only" shoes, they are not comfortable to wear all day

I love these shoes! I have a wide foot, but after a few hours they fit my feet nicely. A good mix between a slipper and a sneaker. Highly recommended. I own both the black and the copper. :)

This shoe will loosen up after a few wears. You probably want it to fit a little bit snug the first two times or so. Keeps my feet nice and warm (warmer than my other pairs of
DC Villains.) Only issue I have is the tag on the underside of the tongue is quite annoying should you decide to go sock-less.
