I love these boots. I had searched for a long time for boots that would fit my wide calves yet still feel like my style, and hit the jackpot with these. Every time I go out in them I have lots of women wanting to know where I got them, and men wanting to know, so they can buy a pair for their girlfriends!

The leather and detailing of this shoe is great. Everything felt true to size, width. I loved the fact that you can adjust the buckles to loosen or tighten the shaft/calf width. Unfortunately, I will be returning this boot. With my 5'5 height, and the 14 inch shaft height, the boot does not compliment my legs. I need to stick with a max height of 13.5 inches.

I bought these about a month ago and really love them! They're very comfortable, fit well, and look fantastic! I've been getting compliments from strangers on the street and everyone I know. I only have two issues with them. One is that the ankle is a bit wide and baggy, but not too much. The real problem is that the heel's tread is super slippery and made out of hard plastic or something with no grip at all. Even on dry, warm days I have to be careful walking around because they constantly slip on sidewalks or tiles if I walk too fast. I'm going to have to get them re-soled.

I was quite disappointed when I got these boots, as I was planning that they’d be the ones I’d been looking for. The cut of the boots was totally off! The size was far too small (I wear a 10, and most boots I’ve been trying on in 10 have been too big, but in these I would have needed an 11). But the width of the leg was huge! Even with the buckles, it would have looked very weird because as an earlier reviewer said, the ankles are quite wide. Also, the leather looked disappointingly like pleather, very cheap-looking.

Very Comfortable! I like these shoes a lot; in fact, I'm wearing them right now! I wanted a pair of black and white sneakers that didn't look like running shoes. I bought another pair of Asics a few months ago, and I was surprised at how comfortable they were, so when I looked for another new pair of shoes, I chose this brand, and I'm happy I did.

I Love Asics!! My daughter plays high school volleyball - Asics has been our choice for v-ball shoes for 3 years now. This shoe is comfortable, very lightweight, and fashionable - she chose orange this year. Asics are well-made - we buy one pair a year and they last through summer camps and the fall season. We love them. This style was a little wider than the Rocket she wore the last 2 years, so we had to return the 11 to get a 10 1/2, but with Zappos, the return was easy. Great shoe for the money.

Nice shoe - Got it in and put it on and wore it to volleyball practice that very day! No problems at all.

These shoes are great. I used to play volleyball and loved Asics because of my slightly wider foot and these are so comfortable to run in without getting blisters, etc. I highly recommend these shoes to anyone who is looking for a simple comfortable shoe that gets the job done. However, I'd recommend ordering half a size down because I felt they did run a bit bigger.

Volleyball shoes - My daughter has what they call a "flexible arch" and a wide foot and she has a difficult time with sport shoes. It took a while, but she seems to like these. They are marked B, but seem to be fine for her wider foot. I would also remark on the fine service Zappos provided. I had to order several pairs of shoes over the last few months to find one to fit her. I appreciate the free shipping and return ever so much!!! Zappos Fan.

Great shoe for the money ! My daughter plays club volleyball and has always worn an Asics shoe. We usually buy their pricier models, but she wears a pair out so quickly, we thought we would try the Gel 112OV, and so far she is loving it. Finding a size 12 is always a challenge, but never a problem with Asics!

A woman's perfect fit! Have tried so many other brands of shoes like this and none of them ever fit without some help from Dr. Scholls or thick or thin socks! These fit like a glove for your feet! The heel and arch are the best I've ever felt. Would continue to buy ONLY Asics!

Decent shoe - The Asics Gel-1120V is a nice shoe, I won't deny, but the quality is lower than I expected. I've had them since August and the cloth of the heels is already ripped completely open. I get blisters on the tops of my toes from them, but overall, this shoe is good. I wear active ankles (I have 2 pairs) and the arches of these shoes don't push against them like my Mizuno ones do. Lightweight and breathable shoe.
