Fabulous find!
I own a handful of
dress boots and, up until now, was only able to find cheap, plastic, spring-loaded inserts for them. I needed something that wicked the moisture and didn't overstretch the leg shaft of the boot. Voila -- these trees are it! Ladies -- this is a definite must for all your quality
boots.
(Zappos should include this recommendation with every pair of
boots they sell.)

If a tree falls in the forest...
Your shoe will last longer. Oh c'mon, it's a shoe tree! They're what they are, these are as good as the next, and if you spend more than $75 on a pair of shoes, a shoe tree is a must. Great that Zappos sells them.

Boot Trees -
Better for basic
cowboy boots than upscale kid
boots with a more sleek profile. Can stress boot in the wrong place, depending on boot design. Also, unlike other boot trees, there is a "left" and a "right," so you have to pay closer attention when you place them in the boot.

Should have bought two pair -
I love Zappos, I have made several purchases and regrettably had to send a few back, so I decided to purchase a pair of shoe stretchers; very pleased with the stretchers and they keep my shoes smelling so very fresh.

I bought a great NICE pair of
boots,
Lucchese. To take proper care of them, I bought the boot trees. The
boots retain their shape and are not stretched out! MUST HAVE.
