This is my first D&B bag and it's shockingly cute and useful. I'm not one for overspending on name brands
(I'm like one of those bargain shoppers in the fashionista TV commercials), but for years I've seen D&B items on TV shopping and dept stores. I decided to treat myself to an Erica bag - a tolerable price for a quality hobo bag. This bag does it all! It's super cute and roomy. Lots of interior side pockets, as well as a large pocket divider. I'm too afraid of spills, so I pack my stuff in various cosmetic bags
(one for sanitizer, cream, and gloss; one for my various sets of keys, etc). Tons of room and everything is easy to find in the contrasting hot pink lining. I've even fit all my stuff, plus my iPad in its case and neoprene sleeve without any space issues. When empty, the bag is very lightweight; at full capacity, it's really heavy but the handle does a great job at balancing the weight. It's really too bad that D&B only includes dust bags
, etc. with certain items, but all in all I'm totally in love with my Erica. Oh and fyi: a drop of baby oil or leather honey does wonders for the leather strap and zipper pulls!
