They arrived just as they were displayed on the site. I love them. Very comfortable and stylish. Well worth every penny.

These shoes are great. They are very comfortable. It is true that they are wider than usual, but this is perfect because a pair of fuzzy warm socks feel wonderful on a cold day, and my toes are still not crowded!! I highly recommend them.

These boots are gorgeous! I looked for quite awhile for a flatter boot that came in a wide width and still looked good. Well, these far exceeded my expectations! Thank you again Zappos! You came through for me again.

I love this shoe for the simple reason it comes in 11AA and has a great fit, fashionable, & very comfortable. Zappos is a great place for shopping for my (hard to find) size, they are fast, efficient, and returns are so very easy. It has made my shoe shopping experience so convenient and for the first time fun! I have told all my friends about Zappos just for all the reasons above.

These boots are really cute! If you're thinking about ordering them, you need to know that these boots are true-to-size. In fact, I wear a 7.5, so that's what I ordered, and the left boot is just a little big. However, it will probably be perfect with socks.

Extremely comfortable. My toddler had a pair and I spent some time being envious of her snuggly feet before buying my own. I usually wear a 7 and the 8 fits perfectly. Be careful as they do get water stains, but of course they are not supposed to be a snow boot and it\'s my own fault for wearing them in the slush.

I love these boots. They are lightweight and so comfy. I don’t, however, agree with the "buy a size up" suggestion if you wear a half-size. I wear an 8 1/2 and ordered an 8. They were the tiniest bit snug, and stretched out in a few days. On the other hand, a few months ago I bought the same pair, but taller, in a size 9 and they became waaaaay too big after a few wearings (the tall ones are also VERY heavy). These are just perfect.

Love these Bearpaw boots! They are super warm but more importantly-- amazingly comfortable. My feet always seem to be cold and these boots are the answer. I have even worn them around my house- they are as comfy as any slippers! If you buy these boots, I strongly recommend purchasing some of the Uggs water repellant spray as well to waterproof the boots. I did and have had no problems at all with water stains at all. As always, Zappos service was very fast! Love Zappos & love my new Bearpaw boots.

These are great boots, comfortable, perfect fit, with a nice color. They are not quite as plush as the more expensive brand, but great value for the price. I have been wearing them for about a month now and have no problems or complaints at all.

I ordered my size and they fit perfectly. My feet are wide and there was no problem with that either. It seems like they will accommodate a range of widths quite easily and snugly. I'm glad I didn't get the 10" height because I have medium-large calves and the 8" were on on the verge of being too tall. The wool is not as dense as in the similar style sold by Cabela's a few years ago. I wore those slippers frequently for several years, until the wool on the foot bed disappeared. The sides don't wear down noticeably. So, my only question is how long it will be before the wool foot bed wears away on these. The rest of the slipper will probably stay nice enough that a replacement pad could be tried. All in all I'm very happy with how wonderful they felt from their first minute on my feet. Time will tell if they stay woolly & warm long enough, or not. As for the poor rating for arch support, it's no slight on the slippers at all. They have no arch support and they never claimed to have any. They're warm fuzzy slippers, not running shoes. Enjoy them!
