Great Comfort all around - 4 weeks post foot surgery - needed a wide and VERY comfortable boot - this was the only one I found. You never feel like the sole of your foot is touching hard ground. Just be sure to cut out the label next to the zipper or you will end up ruining the zipper like I did. Note to manufacturer -- move the label away from the zipper!

Very disappointed in this shoe! I had looked for a while for a boot in extra wide that had a decent look and when I received these they were narrow and the zippers on each shoe had not been stitched by the tag and the first time I zipped them the leather just pulled away from the zipper. Too bad! Maybe just an error with one shoe, but both?

They are beautiful boots. An 8.5 EE has enough room not to pinch my toes and there is ample room to add an insole (like arch support or orthotic) with room to spare for thick socks and air to keep the feet warm. If only I could zip them up past the ankle, I would have kept them. If you have wide feet and normal to thin legs, these boots are for you. Not for the fat of leg.
