Gorgeous, graceful design. The silver snakeskin is very elegant. Makes the foot look smaller and narrower. Almost no arch support. Slightly less wide than I would prefer.

I bought these shoes for a wedding and all I have to say is, they didn't last! I only wore them for that day, and the heel chipped! I didn't even dance or anything. The overall shoe is stylish and somewhat comfortable for a few hours (make sure they fit you well).

Zappos is an internet based company that has finally figured out and mastered customer service! I have a hard to fit foot and needed evening shoes in a hurry. They came the next day and, when I realized I had ordered them a size too big, Zappos customer service was awesome in getting a smaller size to me and helped me in returning the pair I had. I do a lot of internet shopping and Zappos by far was the easiest to work with and they have incredible prices and selection. They have a life long customer in me!

I bought these shoes for a wedding I stood up in. I also wore them to another wedding and a cocktail party. They are relatively comfortable for dress shoes. The wide size fits my feet perfectly and the sexy style afforded me plenty of compliments. The only complaint I have is that my big toes did hurt after a night of extensive dancing. They did not hurt the next morning, however, so I still give these a 5 star overall rating!

I consider myself a stylish twenty-something and I'm through killing myself with painful 4inch (or higher) heels. I like to enjoy my nights out without the distraction of painful shoes. That being said, I purchased this Annie Ester shoe in gold for a formal occasion. I had to wear these shoes for 4 hours, mostly walking and standing, which is why I needed a low comfortable heel but something tall enough that wouldn't let my long dress drag on the ground. These shoes looked great. I especially like the straps, they are just right. The heel strap doesn't slip off since it's adjustable and the toe straps aren't too tight or in the wrong place. The gold is pretty and the little rhinestones are subtle but glint in the light. Classic styling that you can wear for many years. My one dissatisfaction was that at the end of my night the top heel structure of the shoe was sort of poking my heel from through the insole. The shoe padding is somewhat inadequate- but I definitely plan to wear these again. I recommend sticking on a shoe petal or insole pad. That would make these shoes perfect. These shoes are cute and comfortable enough for a woman of any age. Good deal for the price. True to size, good medium width. Naturalizer makes the same shoe but without the adjustable heel strap.

What a beautiful shoe! It’s not easy to find cute or dressy shoes in a 12W, but here it is. It was a perfect complement to a dress bought for a special occasion. I placed my order on a Monday and was trying on the shoe the next day! The shoes fit well - they were true to size. They were fairly comfortable as far as such dressy shoes go. The bottom has a non-skid sole and the strap is adjustable. I plan to try them out on the dance floor on an upcoming cruise!

Fits well and is a good value for the money. I wish there were more holes on the strap in the back because it is just a bit loose for me, but makes my wide feet look narrow! It doesn't look really high quality, but I wanted these more for the low heel and the price.

Incredible for a pump! The Adidas padding/lining is super comfortable. Size seems very true, I am a 7.5 and it fits perfectly. My only wish is that this would come in a few more colors, and that the black would have a bit more "shine" to it. It has a very "flat" black finish on the leather. Worth every penny, though!

Great shoes! Badly needed some classic black pumps for work; these are perfect! Even on the first day of wear, I walked quite far in the city and was on my feet a lot of the day, but was still comfortable. They seem well made like they will last a long time. Perfect shape. Pointed, but not too pointed. I hope they will come in more colors. Not a suede fan, so I just was able to get the black.

I love this shoe! It is very cute (I bought the gray suede) and ridiculously comfortable. Most comfortable high heel that I have ever had, and I have very finicky feet!

Finally found a basic pump that lets my C-width feet breathe in the toes, without slipping off the heel. I was hoping they\'d be more comfortable than they are since they\'re Rockports, but with the pointy toe and skinny heel, they\'re definitely worth the money but not miracle shoes. I don\'t commute in them, but I keep them at the office and can be on my feet for hours in them.

Very comfortable shoe! I am a teacher and I actually wear these all day. They are the best and most stylish pair of work shoes I own.

These shoes are great, a little more of a pointed toe then I cared for. True to size and a nice color of gray, but nonetheless a good shoe and always great shopping with Zappos!

These are very comfortable and a well constructed shoe in a timeless classic style. The built-in cushion makes a nice difference and I feel like I could run around all day on these. I had to get a 6.5W as the 7M was not wide enough for me. I have bunions and pretty flat feet. I'm just so glad they made these in wide sizes!

These are extremely comfortable pumps. I call them my flight attendant shoes, but I've bought them in black leather, grey suede and brown suede. They aren\'t super fashionable, but the grey and brown suede versions are much less "flight attendant" than the black ones. I'm 25 years old, pretty stylish, live in San Francisco... but hate wearing shoes that hurt my feet. Highly recommended!

First of all, Zappos is awesome as always - my order got upgraded for free overnight shipping and I received my shoes in less than 24 hours! Wow! The shoes were TTS and truly comfortable for a high heel. I needed something formal to wear with a business suit, but comfortable enough to walk around in all day, and these were perfect. The heel is high enough, but not too high (I’d never consider anything about 2.75 inches comfortable). The best features are the padded footbed (which really provides comfort) and sculpted rubber soles (no sliding in these). That said, I’m not thrilled with the design - I don’t like the pointed toe (although it really is not all that apparent when wearing pants), I’d rather they didn’t put the company logo button on the shoes (this is supposed to be a dress shoe!), and the material from which the heel is made looks cheap. I hope they will make a round-toe version with the same footbed/sole features. Still, very good value for a practical if not breathtakingly beautiful pump.
